Munich. A city I thought I know everything about, every inch and every corner. But after two full years of capturing analog moments, I’ve noticed that I was wrong.

I like to take photos with my best friend and every time we go through the city, we get surprised by new shot worthy moments.

My go to camera is my Olympus Mju 1. Occasionally I also may prefer to use my Canon AE 1 program.

I‘m trying to capture moments where I feel something, can’t tell you what in particular but I just feel this emotion and know it‘s the right moment to capture a photo. My desire is it to give people the same feeling as I have, when I take my photos.

Not exactly with these photos but with others I haven’t developed yet.

I‘ve visited the so called “Ammersee“, a sea near Munich, with my best friend some weeks ago. On some days you can perfectly see the alps, fortunately, we did as well. And if that wasn’t enough I luckily had my macro objective with me and was about to capture an older couple, which came across us. They probably thought I was professionally taking photos because they just answered “We don’t want to be shot, who knows, maybe we‘ll land in some Hollywood magazine…“

The most important thing for me is to feel something when I take a photo. It could be sadness, happiness, melancholies or nostalgia. Every feeling is welcomed. I’m just following my intuition when it comes to taking photos.
